Lots Of Everything is a podcast hosted by two Nigerian friends based in Waterloo, Canada. Through candid conversations about university life, living abroad, music, pop culture, and everything in between, Kishii and Mitchell built a growing audience around their chemistry and unfiltered perspective.
As the podcast evolved, its existing identity no longer reflected the range or personality of the show. The hosts needed a brand that could capture its anything-goes nature while giving their content a more recognizable and consistent presence across social media.
The rebrand began with a deeper exploration of what made Lots Of Everything distinct. Rather than trying to contain the podcast within a narrow visual theme, I developed an identity that embraced its variety, humor, and conversational energy. The system needed to feel expressive without becoming difficult for the hosts to use independently.
A collection of communicative sticker icons became the brand’s central visual language. These playful graphics gave the podcast a flexible way to express reactions, topics, moods, and recurring ideas while helping individual posts feel connected to the larger identity. I also worked with the hosts to strengthen the podcast’s voice and tone across social media. This helped align how the brand looked with how it spoke, creating a personality that felt casual, confident, and true to the conversations listeners already enjoyed.
Rather than delivering a set of restrictive templates, I created a flexible social system that established structure while leaving room for experimentation. The goal was to give Kishii and Mitchell enough guidance to maintain consistency without limiting their creativity or requiring ongoing design support.
The project concluded with a social media workshop that walked the hosts through the new system and showed them how to build their own content from the assets provided. They were able to take ownership of the identity, maintain the page themselves, and continue developing new content while keeping the brand recognizable.
My role included brand strategy, visual identity, icon design, social media templates, voice and tone development, and workshop facilitation.
